Many buildings have a large central court, an atrium, which is the focal point of the building’s architecture. Atriums are used in office buildings, hotels, casinos, or shopping malls and are typically on ground level. They can be located immediately upon entry or further back into the building. Atriums allow for a social gathering spot – a meeting place – and could be a perfect location to place a restaurant, a cafe, cocktail lounge or retail store.
Large atriums are often several stories high and can be described as open and airy, full of space.
Renovating large atriums with artificial specimen plants is one way to add color, life, and vibrancy to your company’s interior building. Plus, the effort will be quick, painless, and cost-effective.
Our Las Vegas Design Center features 15,000 square feet of showrooms full of display examples, and we have 10,000 square feet of manufacturing space with 30-foot ceilings to create our famous artificial palm trees. We use our Design Center manufacturing spaces to build, disassemble and ship out our artificial trees to any location in the United States. Our palm trees can be easily assembled anywhere.
In the past, TreeScapes & PlantWorks has worked with top-level clients on a variety of large atriums. These atriums include:
The Paragon project took advantage of the space that the open, eight-story atrium offered. We installed seven towering 40- to 45-foot-tall Bald Cypress trees.
In 2007, our artisans took home top honors from the annual Plantscape Industry Alliance Awards, under the category “Silk, Replica & Preserved.” We were awarded the Judge’s Excellence Award – the highest in the category – for the Paragon Casino Resort project in Louisiana.
